Andy Eilers, Managing Director and Trainer

Andy’s passion is developing leaders of integrity for positive impact in India. Shaping him are his MBA from University of Iowa and 20 years of various marketing and sales responsibilities. His work experience comes from US, followed by one year living in Bangladesh (2008-09) as a language and culture student, then 8 years in India, during which he co-founded Lead. In US, Andy spent 8 years in marketing and sales for a private. He worked for 6 years as director at a small health and life insurance company. Since 2013, Andy helped launch Lead in Kolkata and has since become Managing Director in September 2017.

His areas of expertise comprise Team Building, Vision-casting, Values-based leading, and Cross-cultural Leadership. Linked In

Chris D’Souza, Director and Trainer

Chris is a Leadership Development and Talent Consultant with around 20+ years of blended experience both in Global Delivery and People Development, in organizations such as IBM, HCL Technologies and Citibank India. He holds an MBA from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration and is an ICF credentialed Executive Coach, Human Capital Strategist and Project Management Professional.  His areas of expertise are Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Talent Consulting (strategizing and implementing solutions for the Talent Management function across the entire Employee life cycle) and L&D Strategy & Operations. Chris has trained several thousand professionals including Senior Leadership and has successfully coached many of them to level up in their careers. He also conducts Management Development Seminars at various forums and is a guest lecturer at several colleges.

Zach Meese, Director and Trainer

Zach has worked for 20 years in youth and professional leadership development as well as being a pharmacist for 15 years, several years of which was in management. Zach contributes significantly to the Lead team by his depth of culture knowledge and experience in training across three countries: US, Bangladesh, and India. From 2008 to 2016, Zach, his wife and five children lived in Bangladesh doing training. Since 2016, Zach has been in Kolkata and became Director in September 2017.

Paul spent 31 years in the pharmaceutical industry at various levels of leadership in sales, marketing and product training. In 1999, Paul launched India’s first women’s healthcare organization called Foreva, totally dedicated to women’s health and led it for 3 years as its General Manager. In 2002, he joined the Haggai Institute, an international leadership training organization with its headquarters at Atlanta, GA, USA and in 2004 was invited to head its Indian operations as its National Executive Director based in Hyderabad. He serves on the Ethics Committees of L.V. Rashmi has worked for over 15 years with Deluxe Digital Studios in Bangalore and London, where she was instrumental in setting up a new business unit. Jennifer is a Corporate Trainer and Counsellor.   Her work experience of around 15 years spans the hospitality & airline industry, as well as HR roles in the IT industry. Her work has allowed her to travel widely, interact with people of many countries and has enriched her experiences in the area of communication, professional etiquette and cultural intelligence. She has worked with organizations such as Gulf Air, ALICO Dubai, IBM. Jennifer also conducts workshops for students in the areas of personal and career development. In addition, she has a successful counselling practice. She holds post graduate qualifications in HR and Counselling Psychology.
