His work experience comes from US, followed by one year living in Bangladesh (2008-09) as a language and culture student, then 8 years in India, during which he co-founded Lead. In US, Andy spent 8 years in marketing and sales for a private. He worked for 6 years as director at a small health and life insurance company. Since 2013, Andy helped launch Lead in Kolkata and has since become Managing Director in September 2017.

Zach has worked for 20 years in youth and professional leadership development as well as being a pharmacist for 15 years, several years of which was in management. Zach contributes significantly to the Lead team by his depth of culture knowledge and experience in training across three countries: US, Bangladesh, and India. From 2008 to 2016, Zach, his wife and five children lived in Bangladesh doing training. Since 2016, Zach has been in Kolkata and became Director in September 2017.
