With a background in media communication, Corey has a passion to see effective communication not only in the media but also in individual lives. He has conducted soft skills and leadership seminars for thousands of South Asian business and technical students. He also has 6 years of experience in supply chain management. He and his wife Brittany moved to Kolkata in 2019 to be a part of Lead Strategic Development Pvt. Ltd. They have been married since 2014. Corey is from Arkansas, U.S.A and has a Media degree from University of Arkansas, Fort Smith.

Catie Cloys, Director and Trainer

Catie serves as a Trainer and Director at Lead Strategic Development Pvt. Ltd., bringing experience in student leadership development and education. She has facilitated numerous leadership and soft skills seminars for hundreds of business and engineering students in South Asia, with a focus on equipping emerging professionals for long-term success.
With a strong commitment to developing the next generation of leaders, Catie combines strategic insight with a passion for education and personal growth. Originally from North Carolina, U.S.A., she holds a degree in Public Health from Appalachian State University. Since relocating to Kolkata in 2023, she has played a key role in advancing the company’s leadership training initiatives and capacity-building programs.
Abhishek Sharma, Director and Trainer

Abhishek Sharma brings over 14 years of diverse leadership experience in organizational development, administration, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Administrative Director at Lead Strategic Development Pvt. Ltd., he oversees core administrative functions, financial management, and board liaison while supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Academically, Abhishek holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication, a Master’s in Divinity, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration. He has earned multiple certifications in leadership, management, and organizational governance.
