Empowering the Next Generation of Global Leaders

Our Student Global Leadership and Cultural Immersion Program is designed for emerging leaders, ages 18–29, who are ready to elevate their leadership influence and make a meaningful impact—locally and globally.

This immersive experience provides training solutions in key leadership areas to help participants grow personally and professionally, while learning to lead across cultures and contexts.

Program Objectives:

Participants will explore the unique nature of leadership in a global setting, identify and apply their personal strengths to real-world challenges, and learn to lead with greater confidence and effectiveness.
